How It Works

1. Send us your drawings
Tell us about the building, how it is used and what your client needs.

2. We design the system
A design to BS 5839-1:2025 with device layouts, zoning, cable specification and a cause and effect, ready for you to price and install.

3. We supply the equipment
The correct panel, detectors, call points and sounders for the design, delivered to your site.

4. You install, we support
We can visit site before first fix and again at second fix, so problems are caught early rather than at commissioning.

5. We commission and certify
We test every device and interface, programme the panel, measure sound levels and prove the cause and effect.

6. You hand over
Your client gets the certificates and documents they need, ready for their logbook.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you commission a system we have already installed?
Yes. Send us the drawings, your installation certificate and cable test results and we will arrange a visit. If anything needs putting right first, we tell you exactly what.

Do we have to buy the equipment from you?
No, but it helps. When we supply it, we know it matches the design and commissioning goes faster.

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, and work nationwide.
